Software Installation & Licensing Instructions

LFEdit Software Licensing Application (Download):

1. Launch LFEdit
2. Make sure that “EZPrompt” is defined value in the dropdown menu. Not “EZCaption” or “EZNews”.
3. Press F2 key to launch Trigger Codes.
4. Select Trigger Code 1 – “Unlock EZPrompt”

EZPrompt Teleprompter Software Application (Download):

1. Run SetupEZP60.msi file to install the latest version of EZPrompt.
2. Follow the prompts, select “Yes to all” and “Finish” to launch the EZPrompt application.
3. Select “License” Menu and “Register”
4. The software will display two values: Code Entry & Computer ID
5. Copy & Paste the displayed Code Entry value & the Computer ID value from EZPropmt into the matching LFEdit Licensing Software Fields

LFEdit Software Licensing Application:

1. Once those values are entered into LFEdit, use your mouse to select the “Generate” button and an “Activation Code” value will display.
2. Copy & Paste the displayed “Activation Code” value into the empty “Activation Code” field in the EZPrompt Teleprompter Software Application

EZPrompt Teleprompter Software Application:

1. Once that value is entered into the “Activation Code Field”, use your mouse to click on the “Enter Activation Code” button.
2. The EZPrompt software should return a “Registration Complete” message. This signals a successful Activation of your EZPrompt teleprompter software license to that computer.
3. If you close the EZPrompt Teleprompter software application on your computer and relaunch it, the software should start without displaying any “Demo Period set to end on date X” message.
