Leslie Sullivan is managing the Northeast along side Kelly Lackey. Leslie comes from the interconnect industry where she has provided copper and fiber solutions for the broadcast industry for over 20 years. She also worked for a broadcast systems integrator in 2018 – 2019, where she had her first experience working with and supplying Ross Video products. Leslie has worked with numerous venues, colleges and universities, and television stations throughout her career. She is based in Massachusetts and graduated from Southern New Hampshire University.

Deepraj Sandhar (or Deeps to those who know him) has worked in the media production industry for fifteen years and started his career in post production. He then moved into the broadcast sector, working with enterprise customers across the MENA region and holding a variety of roles including workflow consultancy, system architecture and account management.

With more than 18y experience in the broadcast/Av industry passes through different roles in addition to responsibilities in between technical, operations, system design, sales.
merge every single one of those roles in the different countries inside EMNA region make the difference in the way of offering the best solutions that object over there achieve any requirements. Karim joined us from Sony. With a lot of aspirations to achieve lot of upcoming success stories.

Franca joined the Ross Video Inside Sales Team in 2019, supporting the US Regional Sales Managers with Direct and Channel Sales within the United States. Prior to joining Ross Video in 2019, she worked as a Strategic Account Manager for one of Ross Video’s manufacturing suppliers,
providing Ross with exceptional product solutions and excellent customer service.

Kris joined the Ross Video Inside Sale Team in 2018, supporting Regional sales in the Rockies and Southwest, Strategic accounts (California) and our Sport and Live Events Team. Prior to joining Ross Video, he spent 15 years with a large Canadian Media & Communications company, as a National Inside Account Executive.

He enjoys being part of a consultative and collaborative sales process that Ross subscribes to, while living by a winning code of ethics.

Penny joined the Ross Video Inside Sales Team in 2014 , supporting the U.S. Regional Sales Managers with Direct and Channel sales within the United States. She joined Ross Video in 2013 as a Customer Service Representative and progressed her way into the Inside Sales Team in 2014. Prior to joining Ross Video in 2013, she worked as an Inside Sales Representative for many years representing various US Manufacturers of Semi-Conductors in Canada.

Heidi joined the Ross Video Inside Sales Team in 2012, supporting the US Regional Sales Managers with Direct and Channel sales within the United States.
Prior to joining Ross Video in 2012, she worked for one of Ross Video’s manufacturing suppliers, providing Ross with great products and customer service.

Stacey began working with Ross in 2013, before moving to the Sports & Live Events team in 2019. As Global Business Manager, Stacey focuses on worldwide solution sales, working with Ross’ international clients, partners and consultants to help manage and streamline key pre-sales activities. A retired college athlete, Stacey tends to spend her down time playing and consuming sports of all types in Canada’s capital.

Jorge is responsible for sales and marketing initiatives for South & Central America. Prior to Ross Jorge was employed at Videocorp Ltda where he held the positions of Pre Sales Engineer for the Broadcast and Pro Video Division, Assistant Manager for the Broadcast and Pro Video Division before becoming Professional Video Business Manager.

Jorge is a graduate of Pontificia Unversidad Católica de Valparaiso where he holds a diploma in Electronics Engineering. He has a Master in Business and Administration at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

Jorge is fluent in Spanish and English, and in his spare time enjoys the great outdoors.

Jason is the Director of Sales for Latin America. Jason joined Ross Video in 2012 as Regional Manager for Mexico and Caribbean, and played a key role in the region’s growth. Based in Mexico today, Jason oversees Sales and Marketing initiatives for the Latin American region.

Jason has worked in the Broadcast industry for over 15 years, starting his career in Montreal with Miranda Technologies. After 15 years of helping broadcasters migrate from analog, SD and then to HD, Jason now looks forward to working with Ross customers towards the future – whether it be 4K or IP roadmap.

Jason is currently based in Queretaro, Mexico with his family, where they enjoy the good weather and beautiful countryside of Mexico’s interior.

Leonardo’s past experience comes from Globosat where he worked as Broadcast System Analyst. He joined Ross in 2014 and he is currently covering pre-sale, post-sale and technical support activities in Brazil but available to support other areas in Latin America as well. He has a Bachelor in Social Communication – Publicity and Marketing specialization at ESPM – Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing.

Leonardo is based in Rio de Janeiro, speaks Portuguese, his native language, and he is also fluent in English and Spanish.

I’ve been in the sales game for over a decade, from door-to-door commission-only hustling to SaaS representing Tech startups like 1nsight and large organizations like Citigroup, UFC Gym and Stan. In the midst of it all, I decided to follow a passion for the creative industry, teaching myself video editing and using my sales skills to get myself a job at Nine Entertainment/ NineMSN which led me to lead a team of awesome individuals to produce engaging content on the 9NEWS app. This is where I also discovered Ross’s products and solutions. Ultimately, this is what led me to Ross Video, a rare combination of passions and an opportunity to showcase my personable, never-give-up-ness and always find a way attitude and learn the Ross Way to Sell.

Armed with more than 15 years of experiences in the Broadcast Industry and continue setting milestones during his 10 years with Thomson Grass Valley particularly during the transitions from SD to HD. Being one of the pioneer in deploying HD live productions equipment within South East Asia that covering live sport event. Specialising on OB van and System workflow enable him to capture System Integration business regionally during this transition period from SD to HD. At the same time, capture the large market shares in the Post productions business particularly on the telecine market. Grow from minority share to majority share where CCD scanner has been seen as industry standard.

Working with Axon Digital Design for the past five years as Sales Director for South East Asia where he has built a strong network within South East Asia where previously Axon has very little present or known brand within South East Asia to a known brand.

Vincent has built a distinguished career in the broadcast and live production industry. He spent over twenty years at Sony Professional where he held various positions before being appointed as European Director of the Solutions & Services business unit. Subsequently, he joined Videlio Media as CEO and successfully delivered large media and broadcast projects such as Chad’s national TV and radio broadcast facility in N’Djamena, the upgrade of France’s Canal+ factory to IP/UHD and the first OB trucks for the English Premier League in IP/4K. Vincent resides in Versailles, southwest of Paris. As a member of a winemaking family from the Loire Valley, he enjoys exploring new wines from around the world.

James is the Regional Sales Manager for the UK. He started his career in broadcast working at Presteigne Broadcast Hire before taking on sales roles outside the industry. In 2015 James returned to broadcast to work in a Sales Account Manager position with WTS before then joining Canon to cover key broadcast and professional accounts. When not working, James is a keen martial artist and, by his own admission, a borderline competent snowboarder!

Steffen is based in Hamburg, Germany and has worked in broadcast since graduating from Hochschule Emden/Leer in 2010 with a Media Technology engineering degree. Most recently a Product Sales leader with MCI, Ross Video’s Platinum Partner, Steffen has been selling Ross products since 2012 and already has a wealth of experience in the Ross range.

Casper is a well-known broadcast industry face, having worked as sales leader for the Iberia region with ChyronHego and held several technical and international sales roles at VidiGo. Casper studied Mechanical Engineering in Delft, the Netherlands, but now lives in Madrid in Spain. When not working, Casper can usually be found in the kitchen honing his cooking skills and feeding family and friends.

Born in 1974, originary from Britany, on the West Coast of France, I started working in the broadcast industry 21 years ago at Barco.

Since that moment I kept on working in this industry going from Sales Rep for Reference monitors to post-production solutions, studios, Broadcast Lens & Cameras manufacturers (Canon), Broadcast audio solutions (LAWO, RIEDEL)… then Business Dev for Broadcast products (Canon) and Sales Director for rental & sales at Video Plus.

Understanding of my partners’ needs has always been my main focus and I am sure I will face all the coming challenges within ROSS VIDEO with the same spirit.

Manuel has built an impressive career in the broadcast industry since 1990. He began his journey by designing studios and OB trucks in Spain and has since held various technical support and broadcast engineering positions with private broadcasters and other manufacturing brands. Manuel’s expertise and experience led him to join Ross from Grass Valley where he successfully managed sales and key accounts in the Iberia region. He will continue to bring his valuable skills and knowledge to his new role at Ross, based in Spain.

David has worked in the broadcast television industry since 2005 and began his career designing studios and OB trucks. He has since worked as presales manager EMEA for a system integrator and Ross Video. David is now responsible for sales and key accounts for BeLux, Italy, Malta and West Africa. When not working, David is passionate about scuba diving and loves to travel to discover the most beautiful underwater world.

Andrei is based in Bucharest, Romania, and comes to Ross with business development and sales experience gained from both manufacturers and Systems Integrators in the broadcast industry. He also worked in account management with companies offering cloud based software solutions, and so has valuable knowledge of SaaS and software-based business models. When not working he enjoys skiing and water sports.

Jean-Claude Krelic is the Regional Sales Manager for Eastern Canada at Ross Video since November 2017. He brings over 30 years of Broadcast with local and international experience spanning from sales, product management, technical design and solutions. Before joining Ross Video, he worked as an independent consultant and during that 2-year period he upgrade four TVA regional TV stations to High definition. He previously worked at MeteoMedia as director of operations and technical support. During his time at Miranda technologies as Product Manager he was part of the group that developed and deployed the SMPTE-2016 standard, which later in 2012 made him a recipient of the 63rdTechnical EMMY Award. Jean-Claude is part of the SMPTE Montreal/Quebec/Ottawa Chapter as past chair and director over the last 20 years. He is passionate about technology and providing the right solution to its clients

Jean-Claude Krelic est le Directeur Régional des ventes Est du Canada pour Ross Video depuis novembre 2017. Il apporte plus de 30 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie de la Télédiffusion (Broadcast) tant au niveau local qu’à l’international. Il a occupé plusieurs postes au fil des années allant de la vente, le développement de produits, la conception technique, l’implémentation et la livraison de solutions pour les clients. Avant de se joindre à Ross Video, il a été travailleur indépendant ou durant cette période de 2 ans il a travaillé pour TVA afin de faire une mise à jour des quatre stations régionales à la haute définition. Précédemment, il a occupé le poste de directeur des opérations et support technique chez MétéoMédia. Durant son temps chez Miranda Technologies, il a participé en tant que directeur de produits à l’élaboration, le développement et le déploiement du standard SMPTE-2016, ce qui lui a valu en 2012 le titre de récipiendaire du 63e technical EMMY Award. Jean-Claude est membre de la SMPTE Montréal/ Québec/ Ottawa en tant que président sortant et directeur et ce depuis plus de 20 ans. Il est passionné de technologie et de fournir la bonne solution à ses clients.

Don looks after direct sales and channel distribution in Western Ontario(West of Belleville). He has worked in broadcast and related technologies for 11 years and has held roles as Sales Support Manager, Product Management, Technical Sales and Quality Assurance with Inscriber/Leitch/Harris. Don joined Ross Video in April of 2012 and looks forward to assisting you find the right solution for your video production needs.

Mark Sharp’s experience in the broadcast equipment business goes back to his time at Todd Communications, an Ampex/Ikegami/Chyron systems integrator in Minneapolis. He moved into manufacturing and spent six years selling and marketing at Philips/Thomson/Grass Valley, one year selling graphics at Pinnacle, and five years at Leitch/Harris. He joined Ross Video in October of 2009 to service the Mid-Atlantic region. He graduated from Northern Illinois University.

Kelly is the Regional Sales Manager for the North East Region. Kelly has been with Ross Video over 17 years and has progressed through the company as a Sales Coordinator, Inside Sales Rep and Associate Regional Sales Manager. She is passionate about her commitment to both business partners and direct clients and looks forward to helping with your Ross Solution.

Harry is happy to be part of the Ross Video team and is the Regional Sales Manager for Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas. Harry literally grew up in the media industry surrounded by a family of cinematographers, film editors, and video editors. Harry brings to Ross Video 30 years of experience in the Broadcast Equipment Industry having served in either Sales or Marketing positions at Grass Valley and Sony Broadcast. Harry’s experience gives him the skills to help his customers navigate the increasingly complex world of Broadcast Technology solutions. He has successfully guided customers in the Broadcast, Government, Corporate, Entertainment, Sports, and House of Worship markets.

Marcel has worked as a freelancer for Ross Video since 1998 as a demo artist and trainer on switchers and OverDrive for 10 years. In 2008, he joined the sales team as the West coast RSM and remained in that position until 2012 when he joined the Robotics Team as a BDM. Marcel regoinedthe US Sales Team in early June 2018 and has relocated from California to the Denver Metro area.

Sandra manages six states in the Southeast including Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Florida, Georgia and South Carolina.

Sandra began her career in 1990 with a dealer in Austin, Texas and eventually working with a systems integrator in the New Orleans area for over thirteen years. She has over twenty years of experience working in the broadcast television industry with dealers and SIs. Sandra has also been a producer on a weekly bilingual variety television show on a local cable station for over ten years keeping her abreast of emerging needs in the live television production workflow.

She graduated from the University of Texas-Austin.
