IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR CUSTOMERS WITH ROSS VIDEO SERVERS

Known Issue: If you are currently operating a DashBoard CustomPanel that includes active video panes that are supplied by a Tria, Kiva, or Mira branded Video Server product:

  • DashBoard 9.5 and later has a known issue that disables active video panes when running directly on the Tria, Kiva, or Mira hardware.
  • Workaround: DashBoard 9.4.1 does not have this issue and should be used when rendering active video panes in DashBoard CustomPanels, when DashBoard is running on Tria, Kiva, or Mira hardware.
We’re working to update Tria, Kiva, and Mira to stay current with DashBoard releases.
